Recomendation
This letter is my personal recommendation for Eric ‘Odin’ Vancza. I have been Odin's supervisor during his internship here at the Harrington Group. I have always found him to be an excellent and efficient employee who always comes to work with a smile on his face and is dedicating in completing all of his assignments on time. Odin is a pleasure to work with and demonstrates terrific interpersonal skills when dealing directly with colleagues. He is always willing to listen to new ideas and new ways to doing things. Odin is a rare blend of artist who can bring his passion to bear on the work he does without letting that passion impede his ability to take critique. Odin has an excellent technical understanding of complex, mechanical systems and modeling highly detailed, hard-surface shapes. He continually demonstrates his ability to accurately recreate assets from photograph and line art reference, as well as determining how the assets assemble and function with limited available reference. Though I am saddened to see Odin move on, I must highly recommend him for employment at your company. He is a solid Hard Surface modeler with a great attitude and a team player.
